Without a doubt, 990 is perfectly located on a beautiful stretch of Milledge in the top college town in the country.

It’s our duty to showcase Lambda Chi proudly for ourselves, UGA, and Athens.

This may be the largest fundraising campaign ever undertaken by Nu Zeta.  Be part of this historic drive to upgrade our beautiful fraternity home and make it ready for return in August 2025.


And thank you for preserving a safe and inviting environment for our active members, alumni, and guests.
